What types of services can I receive?
Services provided aim to support independent living, including assistance with shopping, personal care, housekeeping, gardening, and subsidies for consumables and equipment such as continence pads, walking aids, and other assistive technologies.
Can I receive services immediately?
Yes, once you contact CareKonnect Group and enter a Home Care Agreement, you can start receiving services promptly. If you don't have Home Care Package funding, you can self-fund the services you need in the interim.

How can I sign up as a care or support worker?
Visit the support worker page to sign up for free and start completing your CareKonnect Group profile. To become 'live' on our platform, complete the registration process, including a new police check, providing references, and necessary qualifications.
When do I have to pay?
After each completed session, your support worker will submit an online timesheet with shift notes for your approval. Once approved, the platform accepts various payment methods.

What does Care Konnect do?

What does Short Term Accommodation mean?
Short Term Accommodation involves providing support and accommodation for a brief period away from one's usual home. NDIS typically funds up to 28 days of Short Term Accommodation per year, which can be utilized, for example, in blocks of 14 days or for one weekend each month.
